Agree with Pat, close friend of mine gave birth to a daughter 6 weeks before my youngest - and out she came with 2 bottom teeth which were already through and were her baby teeth.. breastfeeding was not a problem, she never experienced any soreness from them thanks to tongue position when feeding. Baby didn't have any problems either.
