I didn't see your name- sorry.

clearly you *cannot* work off the clock for no pay.
You need to do what you can in the hours that you
have, and document every time you are called and
unable to give sufficient help. You alone cannot save
the world, and you can't help every single mom who
needs help.

can you put together a packet of community resources,
including LLL meetings, NMA, WIC counselors who are
breastfeeding savvy, or any other groups? Any private
practice IBCLC's? Breastfeeding knowlegable
physicians? Books to read at various reading levels?

If you are able to document that you were called to
help a dyad, but unable to because your hours were cut
back, you will be able to show that you were aware of
the need, but unable to support them. But- you must
show your value by refusing to work off the clock!
