What fantastic posters. I especially love how they've split it between
two 'under' shots, and two 'over' shots.

Having sat in the park, two weekend ago, with a mother who did the 'over
the top' position, I was aware of my own sense of internal shock! Both
me and my hubby had a long chat about it afterwards. Which made me
realise we never see this feeding position as 'normal' and how absent
the images were.

Media images are vital in normalising all sorts of stuff. I applaud
Nova Scotia for thinking this through and giving the posters such a good
range! I especially like how one of them is such a young mother, who
clearly isn't letting her decision to nurse her baby, get in the way of
normal clothing. And a nursing toddler! :-)

I can well imagine how long it took them, in discussion, to agree on
these images. What a wrangle that must have been.

Bon courage Nova Scotia! Thanks for including the contact details
Janice, I'm going to email them and let them know how wonderful these
images are! :-)
