My suggestion would be to simply inform the woman who said to have the mom
nurse away from the girls that this would be against the law. *Surely*, the
Girl Scouts wouldn't ask a leader to do something illegal. A word to the
mom would be a good idea too so she'd be aware of any potential issue. If
there were any complaints, I think it'd be the mom's fight. However, she
might appreciate having a leader in her corner.

I love the idea of an infant care badge, by the way. Maybe there could also
be one on becoming a woman, too. Imagine being secure in the knowledge that
the changes brought by puberty are normal and actually serve a purpose.
