Hi Erika , 

I too am doing my 10 yr exam after 10 yrs in private practice and like you this is a part of my livelihood so I have had to make space to commit to regular review/study .
It is difficult using materials from last time due to changes in research & practice so I felt getting the book below has helped here.
My preparation has been doing the Health e learning practice exam course to establish where I needed to brush up , online conferences with main review text  used being ILCA's "Core Curriculum for Lactation Consultant Practice "
