Sure, she went into coma because she was breastfeeding.  I suppose
these lions of the medical establishment figured that because she was
breastfeeding she had greater fluid needs and thus she got cerebral
oedema because she drank too much fluid while running.  Or maybe it
has to do with oxytocin release causing her to retain water.  It would
never have to do with the fact that maybe the fluid she drank was too
low in sodium or anything.  It would definitely have to do with her
breastfeeding.  No answer to why someone goes into coma, so take the
obvious route--blame breastfeeding.  Everyone will just agree.
AAAARGH.
