This just looks like reverse causality - moms with huge milk production
transferred more milk to their babies in less than 10 minutes than those
with lower milk production.

We all know that some newborns need to be prodded the first few days of
life to feed (placed skin to skin, given drops of colostrum, etc). Just
letting a newborn "wing it" after a hospital birth (drugs, separation)
is not a recipe for great calibration of milk production (which requires
frequent early breastfeeding).
