Anybody seen this study, which I read about on Medscape this week?
"Pregnancy Safe, BF Questionable for Women with Juvenile Chronic Arthritis"

Study, done in Poland, on a sample of 39 women with early-onset
pauciarticular juvenile chronic arthritis, concludes these women "should not
be counseled against becoming pregnant, but physicians should consider
advising such women against BFing"  The reason: "Postpartum flare of disease
activity occurred after 52% of pregnancies investigated, and it was 17.6
times more likely to occur in women who BF than in those who did not." No
major adverse effect in the children of those who did BF; however, both this
study and a previous study did find that the children of women w/this
disease was "2 orders of magnitude" greater - not clear whether this is
related to BF children of affected women, or just their children in general.
