I have info in Spanish. Chagas is endemic in some areas in Argentina.

There is vertical transmission via the placenta. Breastfeeding is not
contraindicated.

e-lactancia.org (a Spanish website at the Hospital de Denia, Marina Alta;
there is an English version) states that it is Risk Level 0, no risk to
infant or lactation based on available literature.
