I did grand rounds for Ob/Gyn in March.  I guess because I'm not an  
MD I didn't have the confidence to try to be funny, which I have done  
with other audiences I've spoken to.  I'll be interested to hear how  
it goes for you.  I did have the photo of the Asian woman and baby in  
the museum (when the baby tries to latch onto the statue) that has  
circulated around the internet on the slide with the title of my  
talk.  I saw a few smiles. I think a great one would be the drawing  
of the breast as if it's a product for sale.  Anyone know the source  
for this?  It is so long ago I don't remember where, but think I have  
a copy in my office.  I  think it's good because it's funny but also  
makes some good points in comparison to bottle/artificial milk  
feeding.  "always the right temperature, comes in an attractive  
package" etc.
