Hello all!

A mom I'm working with wants to try lecithin for her recurrent plugged
ducts.  The BREASTFEEDING ANSWER BOOK, citing Lawrence, calls for 1T /
day.  Anyone know offhand what that would amount to in mg of active
ingredient?  Capsule form is easier to come by 'round here.
