Wendy, Nice techniques, and strategies to increase milk transfer and 
thanks for sharing.  I think we have an overwhelming consensus about 
what works..... :-) I especially like that you note that the mother 
needs to be well supported so that she doesn't have to expend energy 
lifting the baby to the right height.

Marsha, thanks for your further input and explanations and 
refs.  What you describe is what I see!

And Jean, Yes!!!

Actually, maybe breast compression _during_ sucking, and alternate 
massage (compression between sucking bursts) are equally 
effective?  It would be interesting to research it, but maybe other 
factors are more urgent right now...
