Hi All,
Not that I know anything about relactating while being pregnant, but I do
know that while you are pregnant you lose your milk supply!  Even though my
toddler still is BF, at 25 wks pregnant, I have practically nothing in these
poor breasts!  He still likes to nurse tho, so that's fine with me.
Because of the hormonal changes in the body needed to maintain and even
initiate pregnancy, my guess would be that it would be very difficult for
this mom to relactate.  She may want to let her 7 mo old nurse, if he will,
just for the sake of the closeness, and then when the baby is born, if the
older sib is still nursing she can do the tandem thing.  (That's what we plan
to do!  SHould be interesting!)
