I have had success using Syntocinon nasal spray to elicit the milk ejection
reflex.

Although Syntocinon isn't sold any longer, an oxytocin nasal spray can be
made.  It can be ordered with a prescription from Santa Clara Drug
Compounding Shop (408) 296-5015.  They mail medications all over the country.


The compounding shop gets oxytocin powder and makes the nasal spray per the
prescription.  There's usually 40 IUs per ml and 1/2 ml per spray.
