Jan,
I picked up Thomas Hale's book at the conference, and here is what it has
to say:

"Paroxetine distributes throughout the body with only 1% remaining in
plasma. It is known to be secreted into human milk, but levels are
unpublished. This is a potent antidepressant that may reduce seizure
thresholds in some patients. Breastfeeding should be discouraged while
using this drug, unless there are unusual circumstances. Observe for
sedation, headache, insomnia, nervousness, and dizziness. Adult half
life= 21 hrs, time to peak serum level= 5.2 hrs, protein binding in
maternal circulation= 95%."

Hope this helps.

-Lisa
