Dear Lactnet Friends:

A woman I knew closely developed oversupply.  I got to see her at least
once a day. Her baby cried most of the time. She knew an older pediatric
nurse, who said never to feed before two hours. She honored that advice
until her baby was about 5 months old, finally surrendered to her baby and
told the older person to stop.

I think the oversupply was her breasts' response to a baby who cried from
hunger most of the day.

No way to prove it though.
