This now becomes intriguing... as I wonder if the reason I cannot
express by hand, is because I have never felt a let down, and haven't a
clue about any area in my breast doing anything, as there is no feeling
there about breastfeeding at all?

I'd presumed it was the large, floppy pendulous thing, that means I
can't express by hand at all, and barely with a hand pump. (Never see a
proper double electric).

But I know a lot of women who cannot express, and they have firm breasts.
