"During a feeding, sometimes at the end of it, babies can show some kind
= of shivering with their mouth, often preceeded or followed by a
pause."

Quivering movement may be observed of the lips, tongue or chin. This is
fatigue. Is the milk flow fast? does the baby need help with pacing
the feeding? Taking a break here and there? Australian position?
Partial breast compression near the nipple to interrupt the flow in a
portion of the breast? if baby does not self pace well then mom may
also try unlatching for a breathing break. Dancer hold to provide cheek
or chin support? Is the baby early that they would have a low
endurance? Also, various medical issues could cause fatigue. First
issue I would address, is the milk flowing too fast and address that.
If that is not the case, is the milk supply low that baby needs to work
long and hard to get to satiety? If there is not a low supply, then I
would look medical issues that may need to be addressed by MD. Angie
