>> This mother did say that she has horrible problems with yeast, such as
awful vaginal yeast infections. My co-Leader thought it might be helpful if
the mother started using the Lotrimin again but pumped on the one side where
the ringworm is bad until it's cleared up. Does anyone have any better
suggestions? This is really
impacting this mother's nursing relationship.<<

Okay, I'm about at the limit of my expertise here, so I'm going to toss out
my thoughts and ask the more knowledgeable to analyze them. If ringworm is
related to fungus and topically treatable by anti-fungals such as lotrimon,
could a course of fluconazole knock out a tough case? If this mother's
fighting a heavy influx of yeast, I'm speculating that perhaps this could
help her in more ways than one.
