I am a hospital based LC and have a breastfeeding committee so that I am not
the only one who is making changes on our unit.  We would like to develop
competencies for the staff- RN as well as NA's to ensure consistency in
communication to the moms as well as broadening and updating everyones
knowledge base.  Are there any competencies that have already been published
and developed out there ?  Just thought I'd check before we sat down and
reinvented the wheel.  TIA.  By the way, I have been called the Tit Fairy by
coworkers .
