1) YAY BARBARA!  We are all so proud of you.  It is folks like you who make a
real difference for families in this world.  You went through quite an ordeal
and it sounds as if you handled it w/ real grace.  I think it's rare for a
judge to make such positive comments, especially in light of his age and
conservative outlook.  Sounds as if you wowed him!

2) One comment in re Titles:  I put the M.D. after my name only to let folks
know what my background is and how I get some of my info, and to reassure all
you terrific LC's, LLLI leaders, WIC folks, etc., that there are some of us
out here who are keeping the faith.  I would, however, be sad if anyone
thought that by putting it there that I was implying some superiority or
formality.  I'm Elizabeth through and through, and know I have more to learn
from all of you than I'll ever be able to offer in return.  TIA to all of you!
