Once again thank you so much for your support and offers of help.

I know postage does add to your costs but if they can be sent airmail
without breaking the bank that would be a great help. I don't want to ask
too much and put constraints on folk, just do waht ever you are able, every
bit helps and is very humbly and gratefully accepted. When Indonesian folk
receive a gift they always take it with both hands to indicate that they
feel honoured and humble!

Cutoms does pose a problem in Indonesia therefore please mark everything you
send as a gift used/donated books etc - no commercial value.

We work under a government agreement (the Breastfeeding Foundation -
BP.KK-ASI) and will be able to get a letter exempting us from taxes and
customs. I think it will work, as long as the goods are labeled as I have
requested.
