I was only able to have two moms trial this pump because Playtex 
wouldn't send me more bottles. I told them I wouldn't have more than 
one mom use the same bottle and they said they would send more enough 
bottles, but they never did. I called them twice.

However, the feedback on the pump was positive in both cases. Both moms 
had previously used a Lactina. They both thought the Playtex was 
comfortable and convenient, except for putting it altogether. The first 
mom went out and bought a Playtex and the second mom was thrilled when 
I asked her if she wanted to keep the Playtex.
