This is directoed to Ann or another pharmacist, please.
I have a mom nursing a 6 month old who saw a dermatologist for a rash on her
head. The doc rx'd "Cordoan" to the area bid. When the mom filled the rx, the
pharmacist told her that if it was his wife, he would not let her use it
while BF, and that she should **wait** until the BF was finished to use.
(Obviously, he never BF OR had an itch!!!). I read mom info on Cortisone but
all my stuff is for p.o. use, not topical. I also gave her 900 # to call but
was hoping someone here might have some info too. Thanks. You can respond to
me directly at Kathy [log in to unmask]
