Hi- I'm pretty fluent in Spanish, so I opened my practice in a heavily Hispanic
area "se hable Espanol" now 80- 90% of my pts are Hispanohablante.  I have 2
probs. 1. I get tongue tied often- although thankfully I do have many (not all)
my handouts in Spanish.  2. I'm NOT IBCLC.

I have a really motivated mom. She got mastitis when baby was 6 wks and told to
wean.  Baby had been exclusive before that.  Since being on formula -got SEVERE
rash all over body- not responding to any treatment -Now she comes to my office
age 2 mo- very eager to get baby back to breast fully
