The juice bottles should be fine! There were two times that I had someone willing to donate a few ounces of EBM a day for several months, for one of my adopted babies. I had a couple dozen glass, four ounce bottles that I gave them to fill, then I washed and returned them. Many of the bottles were from ready-to-feed formula, but I also used some that came filled with apple juice, and I couldn't see that there was any difference between the two. I don't think the glass would hold onto any residue from the juice. The only thing I would say is that, since the juice bottles taper more at the top than the formula bottles, they should not be filled quite as full, to avoid having the top part freeze first and then cause the bottle to break when the wider part freezes.
