period as the Code of Professional Conduct, and certainly  containing
overlapping principles, they are separate  policies.>>
 
However, some public  comment was sent and completely ignored, and three 
days later was put out as  gospel.  As someone else pointed out, I'm not sure 
why this policy is based  on what the medical community is supposed to do.
