Excellent food for thought, Diane.  When I was on a hospital committee to
write the proposal for the future LC position, one of our members, an
outstanding LLL Leader, made note that we were their to create a position to
eventually work ourselves out of that very position.  She set an excellent
tone for the task at hand.  This is really our ultimate goal...
