Thanks for the info on neomycin and phospho-soda.  Because she was
getting  info from elsewhere which said no, she ended up getting the MD
to unprescribe the neomycin.  She was also taking erythromycin.  Now,
she has to deal with post-op ordered Flagyl and Cipro.  Her pedi is
saying no.  I'll check the archives for the current references which say
they are OK.

She is also getting flack to wean her 11 m.o. son from her family, but
not from her MD's, which is good.  She refuses to wean.
