I'm struggling trying to picture the anatomy & physiology of how a ruptured
implant is affecting the milk/ducts/baby's gut. Does this mean that the
extra saline in her breast is being absorbed into the ducts, and therefore
into the milk? Doesn't make much sense to me....what would be the difference
in this and giving a mom a lot of IV fluids?

Someone help me out here.
