Clay: Warnings ARE required on substitute pet-milk (for cats and dogs)!!
It's pretty sad, but we require a warning stating that the formula given to
these animals may enganger their health when compared with their mother's
milk, but we can't seem to get this through for humans. INFACT has more
info on this.

There's a down side to warnings in that it has provided a partial exemption
from responsibility for the tobacco companies under the theory that people
were warned and made the decision to ignore it. Of course the whole recent
settlement (yet to be ratified) may negate all that debate.
