Thank you to all you Lactnetters who responded to my query about the
above. I had 20 responses . It looks like most LCs are paid equally or
better than floor nurses, but a few hospitals ,like us, are trying to
keep the LCs in a substandard pay scale. We will let you all know how
our negotiations go, but, again, thank you for the responses. I think it
will help.
