Rachel asked,

Anyone heard of this product? Purportedly developed in England with
the help of midwives, BF counsellors and mothers, it is a gel pack
that can be made either hot or cold, to relieve 'the discomfort of
breastfeeding'

Well, I've never seen the *product*, but I've been called the "Breast Nurse"
by more than one person. And even the "Breast Doctor" by a few.
