The very young age of this baby makes me wonder how the mother knows 
she has no milk on one side....is she guaging by baby's behaviour, 
what happens when she expresses, what she feels? Believing milk has 
'gone' from one side only could be an illusion or a misinterpretation 
of phenomena which are just normal blips in the estalishment of 
breastfeeding.

When mothers say ' Help! my milk has gone!' it's almost always not 
the case (I can't remember any case at all where fears that milk has 
gone, permanently, suddenly and spontaneously after everything being 
fine turned out to be correct).
