Pat, I agree with you here.  I guess what I was trying to say (but obviously
didn't say it!) is that the picture shows such a drastic difference between
the BF baby and the ABM baby that one can't help but to think "Wow, I think
I'll BFF my baby!", especially when they learn the fate of the baby girl in
the picture.

I apologize if anyone thought my comment was "cheery" about the picture.  I
agree it is a sad commentary on the status of females in Pakistan, but it is
also a sad commentary on the deadly effects ABM can have.
