Dear Lactnetters, had anyone mentioned anything re: anthroplogy and
"primitive/earlier" cultures in terms of women feeding other womens babes and
maybe using breastmilk for other purposes as being a reason for what we
perceive as oversupply, Very interesting points being made though. I learn a
great deal from Lactnett, thankyou Lisa Mooney RN BSN Also , why is it that
nurses eat their young and are the worst at nurturing each other ? I know the
answer but it never fails to frustrate me, especially when I see the nurses I
am precepting going through it.
