Donna, last year I had a "flatsie" (as you put it :-D) who had a few minor
problems the first week of lactation. Male physician (chief of adolescent
medicine and pediatrics, in fact) cornered me in clinic corridor to tell me
he had seen this woman and warned me "She will come to see you, but I don't
think she'll be able to breastfeed (lowered his voice, put on sympathetic
expression) --she's not very well endowed."

PS: woman went on to breastfeed for well over a year. Thank you very much.
