While I am thrilled about this lawsuit as a JD, it disappoints me as an
IBCLC. The cause of action stems from the yuckiness of the beetle parts.

Too bad they didn't allege that the underlying infant formula, even were it
prepared in the most pristine and sterile of conditions, is so relentlessly
and misleadingly marketed, to the detriment of the health of the general
public, that the manufacturers are liable under those theories of
"negligence, strict liability, intentional misrepresentation, negligent
misrepresentation, breach of express warranty, breach of implied warranty of
merchantability and fitness for particular purpose and unjust enrichment."

I also note the plaintiff bears the same last name as the lead attorney.
Wife? Sister? Hmm.
