World Breastfeeding Week is coming up soon!

I know of several LLL groups and BFTF groups who, in years past, have
successfully put up pro-breastfeeding displays at libraries, bookstores,
baby-retail stores, hospitals, and schools; and who have been asked to hold
free informational seminars for expectant moms seeking information.  Our
local LLL group has been approached *many* times to host "Breastfeeding
Information Talks" at both Babies R Us and at Borders Bookstore.  Upon
arriving at the store to find that a salesperson has set up a table of
"helpful" books, I have had an opportunity to cull the unhelpful books and
give the salesperson or manager a cheery explaination on what makes some
books "better" than others.

Time and energy spent promoting what I love is better than that spent
battling what I dislike.
