How often do you see someone who responds to oxytocin
nasal spray but never has the MER become conditioned?
A few years ago I counseled by email a woman who used
it, but never was able to achieve a spontaneous MER.
I believe she weaned because she was unable to
continue to afford the oxytocin.  She had not had
reduction or surgery and was working with an IBCLC in
person in addition to email with me.  I've always been
puzzled by that situation.
