Cynthia and Fellow Lactnetters,
I found it!
The following information (dated July 1999) is from
the UCSD Pediatric Enteral Nutrition Formulary.

Portagen is a high MCT (medium-chain triglyceride)
formula for infants (birth to 12 months). Typical
indications are listed as steatorrhea and lymphatic
anomalies. It contains 0.67 Kcalories per cc.
Osmolarity is 230 mOsm/Kg. MCT:LCT ratio is 86:14.
Percentage of water is 91%.

Please note that the following composition listings
are concentrations PER LITER of Portagen--
*Protein (sodium caseinate): 24 g (grams)
*Carbohydrate (corn syrup solids & sucrose): 78 g
*Fats (MCT and corn oils): 32 g
*sodium: 370 mg/16 mEq
*potassium: 850 mg/22 mEq
*calcium: 640 mg
*phosphorus: 470 mg
*magnesium: 135 mg

I hope this will be of some help.
Carole
