I want to say thank you to all the members who in the past few years
have shared stories of moms they have helped to breastfeeding
success.  I have recently been helping a mom who had been despairing
of ever getting her baby to latch on.  She was very heartened to hear
of the experiences of babies latching on for the first time at 4
weeks or more post-partum.  I really think her own baby will get
there, now that she knows it can happen but that it doesn't have to
happen *now*--that it's okay for this baby to take some time to
learn.
