Kathy and all--
        My bipolar daughter (16) was bf for over 4 years (and is in your
study, Kathy!)--so I'd hope that she rec'd all the benefits of breast
milk and then some.  I console myself that it would be worse if she'd not
been an extended breastfeeder--the longest of our 8 children--guess she
knew what she needed, even back then.
