Mom I am working with has had two hemoroidectormies in the nine days since
her baby was born and may have to have one more.  She is still is great
discomfort and can barely nurse her baby.  She says she can put baby to breast only a
few times a day for no more than five minutes.  She is pumping to keep milk
supply.  Says she cannot get comfortable in lying down position either and says
she did try laying over baby with breasts hanging down for baby to latch onto,
but she couldn't stay in that position long enough either.  Donut seat is not
recommended by her doctor because it would create too much pressure as well.
Anyone have any brilliant postions that I might suggest?  Thanks, Ann
