Second Question:

Mom has 8 month old baby.  BF 1 week, quit because baby didn't want to suck,
sore nips, you know the story...
Moms breasts still have milk.  They feel heavy as if full.  They are much
larger than pre-pregnancy, about as large as at birth.  She can express a
squirt/drop of milk in the shower.  No stimulation.  Mom is menstruating.
 Breasts don't leak.
Mom is worried that somethung is wrong.
Any ideas?
