My wife and I are expecting our first child.  She has had a kidney transplant and is currently on Cyclosporine (Neoral) and Immuran.  We have been told that she should not breastfeed as the drugs do pass into the milk and to the baby.

However, we are interested in finding any other mothers in a similar situation that have breast fed and are curious to know of any effects.  Failing that has any mothers milk been tested to see what the concentration levels of the drugs were in the milk?

We would appreciate any information.
