I have read the "latest" - from Tom Hale and Briggs. The general recommendation is to discourage breastfeeding when a mom is on this medication to control her anxiety. The dosage this particular mom is on is .25 mg  tid. She was on the med throughout her pregnancy as well as when she had her last child (8 years ago). Any one have any other/different info resources on this particular med and breastfeeding....Thanks
