I would still be suspecting vasospasms even if she can't see color changes. They can be subtle and I have had moms tell me that they do not have color changes and when I look I can see them. Why don't you have her try a heating pad and see if it relieves the pain. I would also make sure that she does not have a cold air conditioner blowing on her breasts when she is sleeping.
