I had a small 'mini-electric' pump with my first son which just conked out
after 6months of what I would consider reasonable use - 4 - 5 times per
week. when I tried to return it or get it repaired under warranty, I was
told the warranty for the pump was only 6 months, because that was
considered to be how long it was 'useful' for!!
