I got IBCLC on mine as soon as I learned I passed in 1985-wanted to get it
before someone else did.  I get lots of questions about what it means and
the person asking either gives an embarrassed "oh" and changes the subject
or, more commonly, it opens a discussion about their experience, a family
member's experience or questions/comments in general.  It is a great
conversation starter.  I get a kick out of it when I can tell that the
person behind be at a traffic light is trying to sound it out and figure out
what it says.
